Service Description

Tattoo appointments are for clients who have already had a consultation with Josh. To book an appointment with Josh, please message him directly through Instagram at @artbyjoshpalmer to set something up with him and place your deposit if you have not done so already. Your deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo. By booking your appointment you agree to our cancellation policy. The policy can be found on our FAQ page. You also agree to the hourly rate or price quote discussed with your artist. All prices are subject to change.
